About
We listen, act, and transform
New Step Therapy provides mental health therapy in person at the Lexington, KY office and virtually for Kentucky residents. New Step currently takes Kentucky (straight), Passport and Aetna Medicaid plans.
Danielle sees teens and adults that are struggling with anxiety disorders (includes OCD, phobias), depression, body image struggles (BFRB, body dysmorphia, some forms of eating disorders) and self esteem struggles.
-Accepts all insurances listed below and self pay/sliding scale
Kara works with adults that may be struggling with issues such a as anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, trauma/PTSD, women related issues, identity development, dual diagnosis (substance and mental health) and LGTBQ+ related issues.
-Accepts Medicaid plans, Anthem BCBS related plans and sel pay/sliding scale.
